561 Build STEM Scholarship
Scholarship Description
South Florida Forensic Engineering offers one annual Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) scholarship for $1000. The scholarship deadline is December 31st. Decisions will be made and the winning applicant will be notified by January 31st.
Scholarship Details
Open to students accepted to or enrolled in accredited American universities, colleges, or technical schools
Scholarship awarded upon verification of required documents and information
Eligibility Criteria
Applicant must be accepted or enrolled in an accredited program leading to a certificate, Bachelor of Science, or Master of Science degree
High school students accepted into qualifying programs are eligible
Electronic transcripts must be provided directly from the school or through a verified administrator
Application Process
Prepare a short essay describing your background, major, aspirations, and any additional relevant information
Provide full name as enrolled, student ID number, email address, phone number, and the school department address that will receive the scholarship check
Submit a sealed electronic transcript sent directly from your school during the month of December or provide acceptance letter and prior transcripts if applicable
Gather a 3×5 headshot photo and a short bio of approximately 150 words for announcement purposes
Email all required materials via email
Foreign students are welcome to apply, although we have a limited capacity to analyze foreign transcripts. Although we do recognize non-USA scholastic achievement, we do not currently have the ability to evaluate transcripts which are not in English. Non-science degree majors will be considered if related to STEM, such as a health care administrator or business major with a minor in accounting.
