Girls Service League Endowed Scholarship Gift 2025

The Girls Service League Foundation is proud to announce the launch of our Endowed Gift Scholarship Program—a new initiative to expand educational opportunities for women across Texas.

Application requirements:
Our scholarship recipients must be from Tarrant, Johnson, or Parker county, and they must attend a Texas college or university.

GPA Requirement: 3.0 GPA or retain 3.0 GPA

Credit hour Requirement: Maintain 12 hours per semester to retain their scholarship for their two- or four-year undergraduate career.

Will attend (or are attending) a two- or four-year accredited college or university in the state of Texas

APPLICATION

FAMILY INFORMATION:
• Marital status, household income, and guardian details

FINANCIAL INFORMATION
• Complete Student Air Report (SAR) from the 2025-2026 FAFSA
• Indicate your Expected Family Contribution (EFC)
• List of any other scholarships or financial aid applied for or received.

VIDEO INTRODUCTION AND PHOTOGRAPH
• Upload a 4×6 size image to your application. Please include your full name in the file name
• Link to a 2-3 minute Video in MP4 Format

DOCUMENT UPLOADS
• Proof of Residency: Utility bill or lease agreement. PHONE BILLS NOT ACCEPTED.

LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION
• Two references provided in the application.
• Letters submitted directly through the SmarterSelect portal.

ESSAY
• A 500–1000 word essay detailing a leadership experience.
