McNair Center Scholarship: For Undergraduate Students and CSB Graduate Students
The McNair Center for Free Enterprise and Entrepreneurship at the University of St. Thomas provides scholarships for students pursuing Free Enterprise and Entrepreneurship academic programs at the University of St. Thomas.
Eligibility Requirements
Undergraduate Students
To receive the scholarship in any given semester, an undergraduate student must:
1. Be formally enrolled in the University’s Free Enterprise and Entrepreneurship Minor offered through the Cameron School of Business; and
2. Be enrolled in approved courses that apply toward the minor during that semester.
MBA Students
To receive the scholarship in any given semester, an MBA student must:
1. Have officially declared the Entrepreneurship Concentration in the MBA program; and
2. Be enrolled in approved courses that apply toward the concentration during that semester.
Scholarships are awarded through a competitive process, and not all applicants will receive an award.
Student Responsibility for Eligibility and Financial Aid Impact
Students are responsible for confirming their eligibility to receive scholarship funds each semester. This includes verifying how the scholarship may affect their financial aid package, third-party sponsorships, or other funding arrangements. Students must ensure that accepting the McNair Center Scholarship will not create conflicts with any existing funding. The University will apply scholarship awards in accordance with standard financial aid and billing policies.
